The summer of 2007 saw new and exciting innovations for fine artist and photographer Danette Ward. What had once been purely educational and creative pursuits soon blossomed into a multi-faceted business. Thus was born Ad Coelum Images.
Danette's artistic career had simple beginnings; she showed skill in pencil art from an early age, which eventually led to fine art tutoring, high school art classes, and the Virginia Marti College of Art and Design. It was at this school that she was introduced to photography, starting out on 35mm conventional film cameras and eventually making the switch to digital. Later on, she was introduced to the world of web design, which is now her main focus and passion.
Danette currently lives in Centennial, Colorado.
She enjoys swing dancing, riding motorcycles, playing Texas Hold'em and taking her Siberian huskies on long hikes in the mountains. She continues to pursue an education in web design and photography.
